What's the security posture?
OutroCX uses a multi-tenant architecture with strict logical isolation enforced through row-level security at the database layer — every customer's data is automatically scoped to their tenant, with no application path that crosses between them. All call audio, transcripts, and PII are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), and our PII redaction pipeline scrubs sensitive entities before any data is sent to AI processing. The platform is designed and operated in alignment with the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria, with multi-factor authentication available for all users and dedicated single-tenant infrastructure available for qualifying enterprise customers.
